How does shipping work?
Orders are typically processed within 48 to 72 hours after payment. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed during the following business day. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.

Import Taxes & Duties
Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the nature of our products for health and safety concerns.
If you need to cancel your online order, please note that we begin processing orders as soon as you checkout, meaning that submitted orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Each piece is manufactured specifically for you and on-demand. This allows us to stay true to our commitment to sustainability. In the rare event that you receive a defective product within 14 days of ordering, we’re happy to send you a replacement.
