REVOLUTIONARY
3D FABRIC

Nanoknit technology delivers an advanced 3D fit with PM2.5 filtration. Our masks form to the contours of your unique facial structure giving you a perfect seal and unparalleled comfort. Nanoknit fabric is also cool-touch and moisture wicking so you can stay cool and comfortable in any environment. Best of all, our fabric is tested to be 100% free of REACH hazardous chemicals.

FILTRATION

Our five-layer filter system has an activated carbon core designed to filter out odours, pollutants and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). Four laminated layers of non-woven and melt-blown fabric help to filter out particles as small as 3 micrometres, more than 100 times thinner than a human hair. The inner layer and outer shell of each mask is made from Nanoknit. This provides a hygienic barrier between your skin and filter to wick away moisture for maximum comfort. The outer Nanoknit shell protects the filter system for enhanced durability.

FILTERS

TRIED AND TRUE PERFORMANCE

Our fiver-layer PM2.5 filters are tested in accordance with GB2626-2006 for KN95 Standards. Most filters are not breathable and require exhalation valves for comfort. Our unique laminated filter technology allows us combine breathability and filtration in a single lightweight package, without using any valves.

Activated Carbon Layer - Filters gases, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and reduces odour

2x Non-Woven PP Layers - Provides a durable matrix to filter out PM2.5 particles such as, bacteria, viruses, and allergens.

2x Melt-Blown PET Layers - Filter larger PM10 particle such as, dust, pollen, and pollutants.

CLASSIC 360

Our Classic Collection gives you the perfect seal and room to breathe where you need it most. We developed Nanoknit 3D technology using over 100 facial mapping points to create a mask that stretches, flexes, and fits in all the right places. Our anti-wrinkle fabric is 100% seamless and slim fit delivering maximum breathability in a sleek form factor.

Our 3D knit technology is one of the most sustainable manufacturing processes ever developed. While some masks generate more than 30% wastage, Nanoknit generates less than 4%. Our dyes and fibres are all tested to be free of REACH hazardous substances since safety and sustainability have been our goal from day one. So far, Nanoknit reusable masks have prevented over 2.1 tons of single-use masks from ending up in a landfill.
