Black Friday 2021 Express Shipping Services
All orders have a 1-3 business day processing time at our warehouse before they hit the road. Once your order leaves our warehouse, how long it takes to deliver depends on your shipping method selected at checkout. If you choose Tracked Postal Service, your order will arrive within 7-14 business days, depending on your location. If you select our Priority Express Shipping, these orders are processed in 24 hours or less and ship anywhere in the world using DHL Express.

Our warehouse team takes a much-deserved break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
How does shipping work?
Orders are typically processed within 48 to 72 hours after payment. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed during the following business day. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.

Import Taxes & Duties

Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the nature of our products for health and safety concerns.
If you need to cancel your online order, please note that we begin processing orders as soon as you checkout, meaning that submitted orders cannot be cancelled or changed.
Each piece is manufactured specifically for you and on-demand. This allows us to stay true to our commitment to sustainability. In the rare event that you receive a defective product within 14 days of ordering, we’re happy to send you a replacement.
