Nanoknit masks are designed to reduce the spread of viruses and bacteria in everyday use. Our fiver-layer PM2.5 filters are tested in accordance with KN95 GB2626-2006 with a filtration efficiency greater than 95%. We do not certify Nanoknit for medical use since the severity, type, and concentration of contamination in healthcare settings can vary significantly. Healthcare practitioners are advised to follow regulations issued by their governing institutions.

Masks provide a simple barrier to help prevent respiratory droplets from traveling into the air and onto other people when the person wearing the mask coughs, sneezes, talks, or raises their voice. COVID-19 spreads mainly among people who are in close contact with one another (within about 6 feet), so the use of masks is particularly important in settings where people are close to each other or where social distancing is difficult to maintain.
Our PM2.5 filters use 5 layers of fabric to provide premium everyday protection. The outer layers are made from two melt-blown PET Layers that filter PM10 particle such as, dust, pollen, and pollutants. The inner layers use non-woven PP filament to provide a durable matrix that filters out PM2.5 particles such as bacteria, viruses and allergens. The core layer uses activated carbon layer to gases, volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and reduces odour.
Our masks have been tested for up to 100 washes and our PM2.5 filters are rated for up to 24 hours.
To extend the use of your mask, we recommend hand washing your Nanoknit with warm soapy water daily. Once clean, it is as simple as hanging to dry and ironing on the low setting when required. If you are in a hurry, you can machine wash and dry your Nanoknit in a washing bag on the gentle cycle. To extend the use of your filter, keep in a cool dry place. The PM2.5 filter may not be washed.
Nanoknit masks have a hidden pocket with an opening at the bottom of the mask. Insert the filter into the pocket and position it horizontally. The Ultra series has a complimentary nose bridge that may be installed or removed via an opening at the upper right-hand corner where the earloop joins with the mask.

The key to effective protections is a mask that offers both fit and filter technology. The mask needs to seal around the unique curves of your face to minimize leakage. With adjustable earloops and a flexible nose bad, Nanoknit Ultra is designed to offer the perfect fit in three size categories.
