Our fiver-layer PM2.5 filters are tested in accordance with KN95 GB2626-2006 with a filtration efficiency greater than 95%. We do not certify Nanoknit for medical use since the severity, type, and concentration of contamination in healthcare settings can vary significantly. Healthcare practitioners are advised to follow regulations issued by their governing institutions.

Nanoknit is a proprietary fabric that is cool-touch, lightweight and designed for all-day comfort. Our sustainable yarns are made from 90% Polyester and 10% Elastane. 

The manufacturing process is machine automated delivering superior hygiene and less than 1% wastage. This system helps drive us towards our goal for responsible labour and sustainable manufacturing.

Our masks have been tested for up to 100 washes and our PM2.5 filters are rated for up to 24 hours.

To extend the use of your mask, we recommend hand washing your Nanoknit with warm soapy water daily. Once clean, it is as simple as hanging to dry and ironing on the low setting when required. If you are in a hurry, you can machine wash and dry your Nanoknit in a washing bag on the gentle cycle. To extend the use of your filter, keep in a cool dry place. The PM2.5 filter may not be washed.
