How does shipping work?

Orders are typically processed within 48 to 72 hours after payment. If your order is placed over the weekend or on a holiday, it will be processed during the following business day. Once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email.

Our standard shipping service will arrive within 7 to 20 business days once the order is processed. Tracking is not available for standard shipping. Orders placed using Express Shipping will arrive in 4-6 business days with free tracking.

Import Taxes & Duties

Some countries may require import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, and the cost is not covered in payments you made to us. These charges, if applicable, are determined and charged by the Customs office of the destination country. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

Exchanges 

Due to safety concerns, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. Your safety and our team's safety is extremely important to us.

Each piece is manufactured specifically for you and on-demand. This allows us to stay true to our commitment to sustainability. In the rare event that you receive a defective product within 14 days of ordering, we’re happy to send you a replacement.
